摘要
目的 :探讨高氧液对断肢 (指、趾 )再植后循环危象的的疗效。方法 :采用随机分组对照方法 ,分别予高氧液 ,高压氧治疗 ,并设对照治疗组比较。结果 :高氧液组有效率为 90 % ,高压氧组有效率为 89% ,高氧液疗效与高压氧无显著性差异 ,但两者疗效均高于对照组。结论 :高氧液对断肢 (指、趾 )再植后循环危象的疗效好 ,且制备简单。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of high oxygen liquid in circle crisis after replant of fracted limb(finger or toe).Methods:With methods of random grouping,The patients were divided into control group,high oxygen liquid group,and HBO group.Results:The effective rates of high oxygen and HBO were 90% and 89%,respectively.The result did not show a visible difference between high oxygen liquid and HBO.But both groups showed a higher rates than comparison group did. Conclusion: High oxygen liquid for circle crisis is a simple procedure with good and safe results.
