摘要
目的:测定硫酸奈替米星及其注射液的含量。方法:采用反相离子对色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,日本岛津);柱温:40℃;流动相为含0.61%庚烷磺酸钠的0.1 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH为2.5)-乙腈(76:24);流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为205 nm。结果:测得原料的平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.6%,注射液的平均回收率为100.4%,RSD<0.6%。结论:方法准确可靠,适合硫酸奈替米星及其注射液的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of netilmicin sulfate and its injection. Methods:The column is Shim - pack VP - ODS( 150 mm×4. 6 mm,SHIMADZU). The mobile phase composed of 0. 61 % 1 - heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt in 0. 1 mol·L -1 KH2PO4 ( adjust pH 2. 5 with phosphoric acid) - ace tonitrile(76:24). The flow rate is 1 mL min-1. The detection was 205 nm,external method. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 0625 - 2. 0 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9999 ). The average recovery of netilmicin sulfate was 99. 8% (RSD = 0. 6% ) and of netilmicin sulfate injection was 100. 4% (RSD < 0. 6% ). Conclusion: This method is reliable, accurate and is very suitable for the determination of netilmicin sulfate and its injection.
