摘要
随钻扩孔技术是钻井工程重要的技术手段之一,在井身结构设计、复杂地层处理、提高套管环空间隙等方面具有广泛的使用价值。分析了随钻扩孔工具与常规水力扩孔器和双心钻头相比的技术优势,介绍了随钻扩孔工具具有的特点,针对于塔河油田石炭系盐膏层地层特点并结合随钻扩孔工具及技术在沙113井的具体应用情况,分析了RWD随钻扩孔工具在盐膏层扩孔钻进中的技术特点及应用效果。
RWD is one of the significant drilling technologies which can be widely used in designing casing schematics, coping with trouble formations and enlarging the clearance between casings and boreholes. The paper analyzes its technical advantages over bi-center bits and conventional hydraulic reamers, and presents features of reaming tools. According to its actual applications to drilling salt-gypsum formations in S 113 Well, the technical considerations for RWD are analyzed when using in such formations.
