摘要
直接从过程的输入、输出信号提取特征信息 ,构成了具有预测功能的信息集合 ,利用 F X0 N-2 4MR-D型 PL C实现了纯滞后过程系统的模糊检测器。经过跟踪调节实验和定值调节实验 ,测试结果表明 ,该模糊检测器能够有效地预测过程的被调参数 ,在闭环控制系统中引入模糊检测器 ,并进行跟踪调节时 ,超调量小 ,回复时间短 ,跟踪效果良好。定值调节时能有效地促进控制系统对扰动的抑制 ,调节品质均显著优于单纯的 PID调节。
Directly obtain the characteristic information from the process′s input,output signal,constituted information set that have predict function,make use of FX0N-24MR-D PLC realize the fuzzy detector of pure delay process system. According to tracking adjustment experiment and fix value adjustment experiment,it is verified that the fuzzy detector can predict effect adjustment parameters in the process. Using the fuzzy detector in close control system,it has small exceed adjustment,short reply time,good track result. Fix value adjustment can restraint system interference. Adjustment quality is obviously better than pure PID.
