CORRECTNESS DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF CONTROL FUNCTIONS IN SUBSTATION AUTOMATION

摘要 变电站监控系统中控制功能的正确性对电网安全稳定运行的重要性日益突出。作者以一个变电站监控系统为例,建立了可能引起不正确控制操作的错误模型,提出了保证控制操作正确性的几个措施,设计了保证控制操作正确性的算法,并对算法中控制操作的一致性、唯一性和实时性进行了形式分析,实践证明提出的算法是行之有效的。 Along with the development of substation automation system, the influence of correctness of its control functions on the secure and stable operation of power network becomes more and more important. Here, taking a substation supervisory system for example, the error model which may cause maloperation is established, several measures to ensure the correctness of the control operation are put forward and an algorithm to ensure the correctness of control operation is designed. The formal analysis on the consistency, uniqueness and real-time performance is conducted. The practical application results prove that the presented algorithm is effective.
