Pechini法合成尖晶石LiCo_x Mn_(2-x)O_4及其结构表征 被引量:4

Synthesis of LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4 by Pechini Process and Its Structure Characterization

摘要 采用Pechini法制备纯尖晶石锰酸锂LiMn2 O4和掺钴锰酸锂LiCoxMn2 -xO4,结合化学分析和X射线衍射分析对产物进行表征。实验结果表明 ,Pechini法易于制备纳米晶粒度的尖晶石锰酸锂和掺钴尖晶石锰酸锂。煅烧温度为80 0℃ ,在空气中延长煅烧时间可提高锰的价态 ,得到富氧尖晶石。掺钴锰酸锂比纯锰酸锂有更好的结晶度和更稳定的尖晶石结构。按照~ 8%原料配比掺入Co ,根据EDS分析 ,产物的化学计量式可表示为LiCo0 .1 4 Mn1 .86O4。 Pure lithium manganese oxide spinel LiMn_2O_2 and cobalt-doped lithium manganese oxide LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4 were synthesized by Pechini process.The prepared samples were characterized by both the chemical analysis and XRD technique.The experimental results show that it is easy to prepare nano-crystalline spinel LiMn_2O_4 and LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4 by Pechini process.The spinel with Mn ions in a higher oxidation state and oxygen-rich can be obtained based on a longer calcination time at 800℃ under air.The crystallinity of the cobalt-doped lithium manganese oxide LiCo_xMn_(2-x)O_4 is better than that of the pure lithium manganese oxide LiMn_2O_4,thus the structure of the former trends to be steady.The chemical formula of the sample obtained by doping Co~8%(weight)may be written as LiCo_(0.14)Mn_(1.86)O_4 according to EDS analysis.
