摘要
蓄能电站在应付负荷急剧爬升阶段所体现出的经济性和可靠性效益称为爬坡效益。本文首次提出了定量评估该项效益的一种解析模型和相应的算法,文中详细阐述了该模型的内容和程序实现问题,并给出了一个实例分析。结果证明该模型是合理的。 该模型和算法亦可用于常规水电站的爬坡效益评估。
The economic and reliability benefits of storage-plant when satisfying load' s steep increase are called ramping duty benefits. This paper presents for the first time the analytical model and algorithm for quantitative evaluation of these benefits. The details of the model as well as computer programming are discribed and the results of a practical system are given. It is shown that the model given is reasonable. The same method can also be used for evaluating ramping benefits of conventional hydro units.
