摘要
目的 :测定黄芪注射液急性毒性和长期毒性反应。方法 :小鼠静脉注射和腹腔注射黄芪注射液的急性毒性 ,大鼠腹腔注射黄芪注射液 6g/kg(d ,1 4g/kg(d和 33g/kg(d的长期毒性 (30d)。结果 :黄芪注射液小鼠静脉注射和腹腔注射LD50 分别为 90 .39g/kg和 1 0 8.1 1g/kg ,其 95 %可信限分别为 87.5 7～ 93.31g/kg和 1 0 2 .90～ 1 1 3.5 8g/kg;大鼠连续注射 30d后 ,摄食量增加 ,体重增长一致 ,尿常规 ,血液学和血液生化测定指标均在正常范围 ,脏器系数和病理学检查无异常。结论
Objective:To study the acute and chronic Toxicity of Huangqi injection.Methods:Acute toxicity text results indicated that LD 50 was 90.39(87.57～93.31)g/kg when Huangqi was given iv,and LD 50 was 108.11(102.90～113.58)g/kg when Huangqi was given ip.Chronic toxicity studies in duration 30 days were conducted in the rats at daily dose from 6 to 33 g/kg. Results:Feeding rised and weight gain of rats were normal,indices of uric,hematology,serum biochemistry and organ coefficient were in normal range,no histological lesions were detected.Conclusion:Huangqi injection was no toxicity effects in mice and rats.
