摘要
面对知识经济和经济全球化的挑战,教育担负着为社会主义现代化建设服务,为人民服务的伟大使命,时代赋予教育以服务性。树立教师服务观,建设服务型师资队伍已成为当前教育改革的一个重要方面,它是教育规律的内在要求,是建设学习型社会的时代需要,是建立新型师生关系的关键所在。为此,我们应转变传统的师道观,树立教师服务观,以适应时代的需要。
Confronted with the incoming age of knowledge economy and the challenge of economic globalization, education is granted the great mission of serving the socialist modernization drive and serving the people. It has become an important task for deepening the current educational reform to set up a service-type contingent of teachers. Such a task is not only the inner requirement of educational regularity, but also the need for building a learning society and setting up new-type teacher-student relation. Therefore, the traditional perception of teachers should be changed and the sense of service should be established so as to meet the requirement of times.
