摘要
综述了引起农业劳动者农药接触(暴露)的原因和途径;主要介绍了职业性农药接触对其健康造成的危害,包括对皮肤、神经系统和生殖系统的影响,及其与癌症发生率的关系。提出应加强我国在该领域的研究力度,开展对农业劳动者田间接触农药情况的检测及风险评价。
The cause and ways of occupational pesticide exposure of farm workers were reviewed. The hazard of occupational pesticide exposure on farmer's health was summarized in detail, (includes) the impacts of skin, nerve system and reproductive ability, as well as potential carcinogenicity. Suggestions were then put forward that pesticide exposure research should be streng-(thened,) and much attention should be focus on occupational exposure of farmers in China.
