The prevalence of allergic diseases has increased during the last decade,especially allergic rhiniti.There is a great body of evidence that pollen of Humulus have been known as one of the important causes of pollinosis in China,Korea an Japan.Our article summarized the prevalence of Humulus pollinosis and identification and characterization of the major allergen of the Humulus pollen allergen.
