纳米X型沸石制备及其在镍废水吸附处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 用水热合成法合成了纳米级X型沸石分子筛,并采用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行了表征.研究了纳米X型沸石分子筛对Ni2+的吸附.考察了纳米X沸石分子筛用量、pH值、接触时间和温度对Ni2+的吸附去除的影响.结果表明,投加0.03g纳米X沸石分子筛用量在pH约为5.0,温度为25℃,吸附时间为5min,去除率达到98.2500.最大吸附量可达150mg/g.采用1mol/L的HCl能较完全洗脱纳米级X型沸石分子筛所吸附的Ni2+.表明纳米级X型沸石分子筛能循环使用,可应用于含镍废水的处理. Nano-meter x-zeolite was prepared by hydrothernal synthesis, and powders characterized by TEM and XRD.The absorption of nano-meter x-zeolite to Ni^(2+) was studied.Influence of dosage of nano-meter x-zeolite,pH value, time of contaction and temperature of wastewater on the absorption of Ni^(2+) was researched.Result shows that the ration of removal was 98.25~0_0 when wastewter was keeping at a five pH value, and stirring for five minutes at 25 ℃ with the nano-meter x-zeolite dosage of 0.03 g.The max absorption was 150 mg/g. Ni^(2+) was absolutely eluted by 1 mol/L HCl solution.The nano-meter x-zeolite can be used circularly to treat Ni^(2+)pollution in water.
