摘要
目的 探讨小鼠颈部心脏移植模型的改进和研究心脏移植再灌注损伤及急性排异反应。方法 将Chen氏术式加以改进 ,将供心主动脉与受体颈总动脉行端侧吻合 ,进行 6 0次小鼠颈部心脏移植。结果 新方法使供心总缺血时间缩短至 30min ,7d存活率提高到 98%。结论 改进后的模型简单实用 ,提高了小鼠颈部心脏移植存活率 ,值得推广。
Objective To improve the technique of mouse cervical heterotopic heart transplantation and to study cardiac transplantation rejection and reperfusion injury. Methods By modifying Chen's method, the donor heart aorta and the right common carotid artery of the recipient were anastomosed using the end-to- side suture technique. Results The total ischeamic time of the graft shortened to 30 min and the 7 day survival rate of the recipient increased to 98% by using the new technique. Conclusions The development of cervical heart transplantation in mice is a novel, simple and useful technique.
