摘要
采用毛细管顶空进样法,色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱,以水为溶剂,测定奥沙拉秦钠中甲醇、氯仿和吡啶3种有机溶剂的残留量。平均回收率分别为101.0%(RSD1.3%)、98.5%(RSD3.2%)和97.8%(RSD1.9%)。线性范围分别为4.75～47.5、0.74～7.4和2.94～29.4mg/ml。
A capillary GC with headspace for determination of residual methanol, chloroform and pyridine inolsalazine sodium was established. A HP-5 capillary column was used with water as the solvent. The average recoveries ofmethanol, chloroform and pyridine were 101.0%(RSD 1.3%), 98.5%(RSD 3.2%) and 97.8%(RSD 1.9%), respectively.The linear range were 4.75～47.5,0.74～7.4 and 2.94～29.4mg/ml, respectively.
