摘要
目的 评价阿魏酸钠与弥可保联合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性和安全性。方法 85例2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者随机分组对照观察,治疗组45例给予阿魏酸钠200ms,弥可保500μg分别溶于NS100ml中静滴,1次/d,共4周。对照组40例单用弥可保500μg溶于NS100ml中静滴,1次/d,共4周。结果 联合治疗组临床有效率达91.8％,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),足背动脉血流速度和神经传导速度也较对照组明显提高。药物治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论 阿魏酸钠与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,不良反应小。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and tolerability of sodium ferulate and methylcobalamin in treatment of type 2 diabetics with neuropathy.Methods A randomized control study of 85 type 2 diabetics with neuropathy was performed.45 cases were treated daily with sodium ferulate 200mg and methylcobalamin 500μg solved in 100ml NS respectively or 40 cases only with methylcobalamin 500μg in the same way and served as controls.Results After 4 weeks treatment, the subjective symptoms and signs were significantly improved with the total effective rate of 91.8% in the treatment group, which was much higher than that of 72.5% in the control (P < 0.05), nerve conductive velocity and arterial blood stream velocity in the dorsum of foot were significantly improvd in the treatment group compared with the control (P < 0.05) .No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion The combination of sodium ferulate and methylcobalamin might be effective and safe agent for treatment of type 2 diabetics with neuropathy.
