摘要
根据螺旋锥齿轮的啮合特性,推导出了12自由度的啮合振动微分方程,并提出了8自由度和2自由度的简化模型和考虑啮合误差的修正模型,为研究螺旋锥齿轮的动载荷和动力学提供了理论基础。
A differential equation with 12 DOF on vibration in gearing is derived by way of analyzing the meshing engagement of spiral bevel gears. Simplified models with 8 DOF and 2 DOF. respectively, are thus given. as well as a modified one taking account of meshing errors. Therefore. a theoretical consideration is provided for solving dynamic loads or other dynamic problems of spiral bevel gears.
