摘要
森林生态网络体系"点"建设需要为城市森林郊区生态经济型林果模式构建寻求具有植物抑菌素的绿化树种及植物。选用十大功劳(Maboniabealil)、龙柏(SabinachinensisKaizuca)、鹅绒藤(CynanchumchinenseR.Br)、银杏(GinkgobilobaLinn.)、苍耳(Xanthiumsibircum)等5种植物叶片样品的丙酮提取液研究其对苹果炭疽病菌(Glomerellacingulata)分生孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明,十大功劳、苍耳植物抽提物抑制苹果炭疽病菌分生孢子萌发的抑制率大于75%;鹅绒藤的抑制率在58 9%;银杏、龙柏的抑制率分别为3 9%和17 9%。十大功劳和苍耳2种植物对苹果炭疽病菌分生孢子萌发的抑制作用强。
'Spot' construction in forest ecological network system,necessitates the choice of antifungal virescence trees for constructing the ecological and econimic type forest-fruit modes in suburban district.Mabonia bealil,Sabina chinensis Kaizuca,Cynanchum chinense R.Br., Ginkgo biloba Linn.and Xanthium sibiricum were tested on germination of conidia of Glomerella cingulata.The results indicated that 1 )The extracts of Mabonia bealil and Xanthium sibiricum showed strong activities against the conidia germination of Glomerella cingulata with the inhibiting rates more than 75%;2)The extracts of Cynanchum chinense R.Br showed good activities against the conidia germination of G.cingulata with the inhibiting rates up to 58.9%;3)The inhibiting rates of extracts from Ginkgo biloba Linn.and Sabina chinensis Kaizuca were 33.9% and 17.9% respectively.All indications above-mentioned provide scientific evidence for ecological and economic type mode.
