摘要
含强碳化物形成元素合金对金刚石表面浸润的机理与金刚石表面金属化技术是钎焊制造单层金刚石工具的技术基础。由于金刚石颗粒被强力焊接及其出刃突出 ,并可有序排布决定了钎焊单层金刚石工具具有磨削效率高、工具寿命长的基本特点。本文以三种金刚石工具为例 ,详细介绍了钎焊法制造金刚石工具的工艺。并与电镀金刚石工具进行了对比。
The wetting mechanism of metal alloy containing strong carbide-forming elements to diamond surface and the technique of diamond surface metallization are fundamental to the manufacture of single-layer brazing diamond tools. The main advantages of single-layer brazing diamond tools are strong adhesion of the diamond grains to the supporting surface, high protrusion of diamond grains and orderly setting. These give the single-layer brazing diamond tools the merits of high grinding efficiency and long tool-life. Taking 3 kinds of brazed diamond tools including cloth-trimmer sharpening wheel, profiling mounted wheel and diamond files as example, the author explained the brazing technology in detail. Comparative analysis was made with electropleated diamond tools.
