摘要
液态金属在电磁场作用下受电磁力约束成型。电磁约束成型技术具有无模、电磁搅拌、强冷却等工艺特点。其凝固过程为一对流传热传质的动态过程。工艺过程决定其凝固过程 ,最终决定其凝固组织 ,使其在温度和成分高度均匀的环境下具有优先形成等轴晶的倾向。如果强化某一特殊工艺因素 ,增大轴向温度梯度 。
Liquidized metal is bound into shape by the electromagnetic force under the comprehensive action of 3D fields such as electromagnetic field. Electromagnetic constrained forming technology features die-free, electromagnetic stirring and strong cooling, its solidification is a dynamic process of convective heat and mass transfer. The product of the solidification process, which is determined by the technological process, will give priority to equiaxed structure under the condition of even temperature and well-distributed composition. There is the possibility to form columnar crystal if a specific technological factor is intensified.
