摘要
目的 :评价腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的效果。方法 :采用经腹腔的腹腔镜技术对 2例单纯性肾囊肿进行手术治疗 ,并分析疗效。结果 :2例手术成功。手术时间 15 0min和 6 0min ,出血量 5 0mL和 10mL ,住院时间 6天和 4天。结论 :腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿创伤小。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of transperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of simple renal cyst.Method:The transperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing was used for 2 patients with simple renal cyst.The effect of treatment was analysed.Results:The operation met with success in 2 cases.The procedure took 150 minutes and 60 minutes,respectively,the hospitalization time was 6 days and 4 days,respectively,and the blood loss was 50 mL and 10 mL,respectively.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery with minimally invasive is an effective way in the treatment of simple renal cyst.
