摘要
发达国家工程咨询专业人士管理制度从诞生之日起至今已经有100多年的历史,伴随着市场经济的成熟而日趋完善.文中首先阐述了专业人士管理制度产生的历史背景和存在原因,并在此基础上对发达国家工程咨询专业人士管理制度的现状进行了分析,最后提出了中国工程咨询专业人士管理制度的发展对策.
More than one hundred years have passed sine the appearance of engineering consultants in developed countries. Along with the growth of market economics, the system of engineering consultants is being increasingly perfected. The history and causes of existence of the system of engineering consulting professionals are discussed in this article and then, the existing situation of this system is analyzed. Finally, development counter,measures are proposed for China's system of engineering consultant professionals.
