摘要
讨论聚羧酸类减水剂的中间大分子单体——聚乙二醇单丙烯酸酯(PEA)的合成。通过对聚乙二醇与丙烯酸在不同摩尔比、催化剂、反应温度及反应时间等试验条件的研究,确定了醇酸摩尔比为1∶1.2、反应温度为85~90℃和丙烯酸全连续滴加的酯化工艺;采用自行合成的CHJ-1和CHJ-2催化剂,在用量为1%时,制得酯化率在95%左右的理想酯化产物PEA。
Synthesis of poly -carboxylic acid water reducer intermediate macromonomer -PEA is discussed.Experiment conditions of polyethylene glycol and acrylic acid under different mole ratio,catalyst,reaction temperature and time are studied and it is determined to adopt acrylic acid all continuous drip feed esterification process,mole ratio of alcohol acid1:1.2,reaction temperature85~90℃,and self-synthesis catalyst CHJ-1and CHJ-2are adopted when it is used at1%,an ideal PEA with esterification rate about 95%can be obtained.
