摘要
本文用扫描电镜与体视显微镜对桑蚕绢纺制绵工艺中的绵粒按大小分类观察研究。发现不论在制绵新工艺或圆梳老工艺所产生的大多数绵粒,或多或少地含有一种过去未曾发现的细度比单丝细得多的短纤维。这些细单丝、细纤维容易形成制绵工序不易排除的、紧密的小绵粒。随着绵粒的增大,正常单丝的影响增大,细单丝、细纤维互相缠绕与捆绑而形成,不同绵粒中三种纤维比例也不同。
The composition of neps in carding and combing process in spun silk noil spinning was inves-tigated,Neps were classified according to their sizes,and were observed under stiromicroscopeand scanning electron microscope.It was discovered that most neps contained a large amount ofvery fine fibres which were different from and extremely finer than the brin fibres and neverfound ever.The fine brins and fine fibres were the most important components of small and tightneps which were difficult to remove in carding and combing.With the increase of the neps diame-ter,the effect of the brins and fine fibre decreases while the effect of normal fibre increases.Inmost neps,the brin fibres and the fine fibres were entangled,twincd and bound together,andthe composition of the three kind fibres varies in different neps.
