摘要
目的 :探讨影响产后出血的相关因素。方法 :回顾性分析1994年1月～2003年6月229例产后出血原因及影响产后出因的因素。结果 :产后出血原因 :宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤、凝血功能障碍等。影响产后出血因素 :妊娠并发症、多孕、多产、巨大儿、多胎妊娠、剖宫产均增加产后出血率。结论 :积极治疗妊娠并发症 ,加强计划生育工作 ,减少剖宫产率 ,有效预防产后出血。
Objective:To study the causes and related factors of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:The causes and related factors of postpartum hemorrhage in 229 cases from January 1994 to June 2003 were anlysed retrospectively.Results:The main causes of postpartum hemorrhage were as follows:uterine inertia,placeta factor,sofe birth canal injury,coagulation functional dislurbance and so on.The related factors of postpartum hemorrhage were as follows.Pregnant complication,repeated pregnancy,repeated labor,macrosomia,multiple pregnancy,hysterotokotomy,all above-memtioned factors increased postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion:Positive treatment of pregnant complication,strengthening family planning work and reducing hysterotokotomy are effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.
