摘要
本文研究了新显色剂2-[2′-(6′-甲基-苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(MBTAMB)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应及MBTAMB的酸碱平衡。试验表明MBTAMB在乙醇介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与MBTAMB形成1:1络合物,其λ_(max)为660nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.0×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0~18μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法操作简便,可直接应用于铝合金及电镀废液中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
The acid-base equilibrium of a new thiazolylazo reagent, 2-C2-(6-methyl-benzothiazolyl)azo]-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (MBTAMB),was studied,MBTAMB reacts with copper(Ⅱ) to form an 1 : 1 stable blue complex in an aqueous alcohol solution at pH 4. 5. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 7. 0×104L· mol-1 · cm-1· Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-18 μg/25ml for copper. The method can be applied to the determination of copper in aluminium alloys and electroplating waste water with satisfactory results.
