摘要
本文首次发现钌(Ⅲ)对K_2S_2O_8氧化氨基黑10B褪色反应有显著催化作用并以此反应为指示反应建立了测定微量钌的催化分光光度法。该方法的检测限为0.02μg/ml,在0.030~0.30μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。该方法已用于贵金属精矿及氯化渣中微量钌的测定,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium was established based on the catalytic action of Ru( I ) on the oxidation fading between amido black 10B and K2S2O8 in the 1. 8 mol/L HzSO4 medium at boiling water bath. The method offers the advantage of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity. Beer's law is obeyed in the range from 0. 030 to 0. 30 μg/ml for Ru, the detection limit is 0.02 μg/ml at 612 nm.
