摘要
本文研究了在PG20000存在下,铱—氯化亚锡—乙基紫离子缔合显色反应。表现摩尔吸光系数ε_(642nm)=2.3×1O^6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),相关系数为0.9971和0.9994,铱含量在0—1.0和1.0—2.5μg/25mL之间符合比尔定律,在室温下能稳定110分钟。研究了26种外来离子和四种络合剂对本法测定铱的干扰。应用于高纯镍中铱的测定,获得较好的结果。
A Highly Sensitive Spectrophotometry for the determination of Iridium has been developed. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-1.0 and 1.0~2.5μg Ir/25mL, The colour sotution is stable in the 110min at room temperature. Iridium forms association Complex with Sncl_2 and Ethyl Violet in abuffer solution of pH3.8 HCOOH—NaCOOH and presence of PG—20000. The molar absorptivity is 2.3×10~6L·mol^-1·cm^-1at 642nm. The relative standard deviation is 3.4%.
