摘要
研究了热处理工艺对铜锌铝形状记忆合金组织和滚动磨损性能的影响。研究表明,常温下,100℃和150℃分级淬火处理后的合金组织以马氏体为主,并有少量β相;100℃:和150℃两级时效处理后的合金组织为完全马氏体。油润滑滚动磨损条件下,100℃分级淬火处理后的合金耐磨性最好,其它依次为150℃两级时效、100℃两级时效和150℃分级淬火处理的合金。合金的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。
The effects of heat - treatment processes on the structures and wearability of CuZnAl shape memory alloys (SMA) under rolling are studied. The results show that the structures of 150℃ and 100℃ graded quenching are mainly martensite phase with a few of 3 phase, those of 150℃ and 100℃ two grade aging are raartensite phase. Under oil rolling , the alloy of 100℃ graded quenching has the best wearability in four alloys. The mainly wearability mechanism of CuZnAl shape memory alloys is abrasive wear.
