摘要
本文是“分析试验室”定期评述中“X射线荧光光谱分析”课题的第四篇评述文章。它收集了国内学者在国内外刊物和专业会议上发表的308篇文章(其中在刊物上发表的141篇).时间基本上限于1990年7月至1992年6月。评述了在此期间我国X射线荧光光谱概况及进展。内容有仪器、仪器维修和功能开发、定量分析、半定量分析和专家系统和状态分析与谱处理等部分。有关应用部分主要放在定量分析的评述中予以论述。
In the period under review,i. e. ,from July 1990 to June 1992, some 308 articles on X-ray spectrometry in China were published. The review includes general situation, advances, maintenance and function development of XRF spectrometers,advances and application of quantitative and semiquantitative analysis,as well as quantitative interpretation expert system for WD XRF spectrum and X-ray chemistry.
