摘要
应用Pro/E三维软件和I-DEAS有限元软件,建立了东风朝阳柴油机厂开发的CY4102BZQ柴油机机体的结构实体模型和有限元模型,对机体受力进行了分析,确定了机体的最大应力部位。同时对机体进行了预紧和爆发2种工况的应力试验。结果表明,计算和试验结果有很好的一致性,验证了模型的精确程度。
The 3D solid model and the FE model of the body of diesel engine CA4102BZQ,which is developed by Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Engine Co.Ltd.,are created with PRO/E and I-DEAS softwares.The area of maximum stress is located through stress analysis.Stress tests for engine body under both pretension and explosion conditions are carried out.It is shown that the conformability between calculation and test results is desire,which proves the accuracy of the model.
