摘要
资源的滥用,无节制的污染是环境问题产生的直接原因。文章试图通过从经济学视角分析资源滥用行为,污染行为,以期达到剖析环境问题产生的经济原因;提出了利用经济手段来解决环境问题的几种努力。
Abusing of resources and unbounded pollution is the immediate cause which Leads to the environmental question.The text analyses the abusing behaviors from the economics visual angle,expecting to understand the economic reason which causes enviromental question,and then several kinds of mean to solve environmental problem have been proposed.
