摘要
网络技术的迅猛发展推动了数字化文献的不断产生和快速传播 ,如何更好地利用和开发数字化文献为人类服务是当今的热点问题。开发更为智能化的“以人为本”的搜索引擎 ,精心选择和组织个性化的二次、三次文献 ,免费开放文献资源 ,以及创建符合时代发展特点的文献评估和遴选体系等 。
With the rapid growth of network,digital literatures are quickly increasing.How to utilize and develop the digital literatures to better serve human beings is a hot research focus.Developing intelligent'human-oriented'search engines,selectively organizing individualized second-hand literatures or third-hand literatures,freely opening the access of literature resources,and establishing new evaluation and selection system can improve the efficiency for utilizing the digital literatures.
