摘要
在Mg(NO_3)_2饱和溶液保持的空气湿度以及4℃的黑暗条件下,进行胡桃成熟体细胞胚的低温脱水处理6、8、10、12天后,将胚移到DKW液体或固体培养基中,在光照条件下萌发,经10天处理的胚萌发率最高,分别有56%和14%的胚萌发成小苗。当液体培养基中加入BAP时,则萌发率可增加到68%,而加入GA_3,则产生抑制作用,其萌发率降至20~28%。
Matured somatic embryos of walnut, which were desiccated in the cold at 4°C for 6, 8, 10 or 12 days in the dark under an air-humidity conditioned by a saturated Mg(NO3)2 solution, germinated in liquid or on solid DKW medium in the light, with the germination rate of embryos cultured in liquid or on solid medium and held in dehydrating conditions for 10 days being the highest reaching 56% and 14% respectively. The germination in liquid medium was stimulated by BAP(68%) while inhibited by GA3(20-28%).
