摘要
为了使灾民尽快得到物资救援 ,中央在天津、黑龙江、沈阳、合肥、郑州、武汉、长沙、南宁、西安建立了中央级救灾储备物资代储单位。本文介绍这些仓库的设置、构建、管理、现状和需要解决的问题。
In order to send relief materials to the people as quickly as possible, the storehouse have been established in Tianjin, Heilongjiang, Shenyang, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanning and Xi'an by central government. The positions, structure, management of these storehouses, as well as the problems to be solved are introduced in the paper.
