摘要
用甲醇作溶剂 ,通过酸碱反应制备了乙二胺二硝酸盐 (DAN )、二乙烯三胺三硝酸盐(TrAN)、三乙烯四胺四硝酸盐 (TeAN)、四乙烯五胺五硝酸盐 (PeAN)和多乙烯多胺多硝酸盐 (PoAN)等五种多乙烯多胺类多硝酸盐。用红外光谱、元素分析和硝酸根含量分析确定了它们的结构 ,用差热分析法 (DTA)和热失重分析法 (TGA)测定了它们的热稳定性。热稳定性分析的结果表明 ,DAN在 185℃开始分解 ,5 41℃完全分解 ;TrAN在 2 0 1℃开始分解 ,在 5 72℃完全分解 ;TeAN在 16 5℃开始分解 ,在5 5 1℃完全分解 ;PeAN在 139℃开始分解 ,在 4 77℃完全分解 ;PoAN在 139℃开始分解 ,在 6 2
Five kinds of polyethylene polyammonium polynitrates, such as ethylene diammonium dinitrates (DAN), diethylene triammonium trinitrates (TrAN), triethylene tetrammonium tetranitrates (TeAN), tetraethylene pentammonium pentanitrates (PeAN) and polyethylene polyammonium polynitrates (PoAN), were synthesized in methanol by the reaction of acid and basic components. Their structures were determined by FTIR, elemental analysis and the content analysis of the nitrates. Their thermostabilities were studied using DTA and TGA. The results from DTA and TGA showed that these five kinds of polyethylene polyammonium polynitrates had different thermostabilities. DAN started to decompose at 185℃, and was totally decomposed at 541℃; TrAN started to decompose at 201℃, and was totally decomposed at 572℃; TeAN started to decompose at 165℃, and was totally decomposed at 551℃; PeAN started to decompose at 139℃, and was totally decomposed at 477℃; PoAN started to decompose at 139℃, and was totally decomposed at 628℃.
