摘要
表面质量是衡量高强度铝合金挤压件性能的重要指标之一.掌握有关控制表面质量的机理有助于更好地降低生产残余,提高生产率,降低费用和节省能源.挤压速度、挤压毛坯的温度、型腔温度、模具的表面粗糙度以及挤压毛坯的化学成分是影响热挤压件表面质量的主要因素.常见的挤压件表面缺陷包括表面裂纹、晶粒粗大、初熔和模痕等.从再结晶、表面裂纹、等晶粒挤压三个方面对铝合金挤压件表面质量进行有限元模拟,将分析结果与实验观察相对照.
Surface quality is one of the important indexes for the evaluation of the properties of extruded high-strength aluminium alloys. Understanding of the mechanism of surface formation would be helpful for the reduction of scrap, the increase of productivity and the saving of energy. Extruding velocity, temperature of billet and container, die roughness and the chemical composition of the billet are the major factors which affect the surface quality of the extruded product. The commonly observed defects during hot extrusion include surface cracks, coarse grains and melting. In the present paper, the surface quality of the extruded product will be simulated from three aspects: recrystallisation, surface cracks and iso-grain extrusion. The simulated results will be compared with experimental observations.
