摘要
金属磨损自修复剂可在机器运行状态下不解体地原位修复零件磨损表面。该修复剂应用于DF型铁路机车柴油机 (1 6V2 80型 ) ,中修 (30 0 0 0 0km)解体观测表明 ,活塞、活塞环和气缸套均接近“零磨耗” ,气缸套表面生成 8~9μm厚的自修复层 ,其表面粗糙度Ra=0 0 6 94 μm ,属极光表面类中的亮光泽面 ,纳米硬度比铸铁基材增加一倍以上 ,SRV摩擦磨损试验测定活塞环 /气缸套配副的无油摩擦系数稳定地保持在 0 0 0 5。
The Auto reconditioner for worn metals is a material that engages in in situ reconditioning of worn surfaces of machinery parts,without being taken apart,under normal operation conditions.When the Auto reconditioner was applied to the 16V280 diesel engines of the DF locomotives for an interim reparation running mileage of 300 000 km,observations and measurements were made on the disassembled parts.It was demonstrated that the pistons,piston rings and cylinder liners alike assumed nearly zero wear; there generated on the cylinder liner surface a self reconditioning layer of ca. 8~9μm in thickness, and of 0 0694μm in roughness of surface,which belongs to bright varnish in the type of super glazy surface, and with a nanohardness doubling that of the cast iron substrate.The friction coefficient under oil-free lubrication regimes of the piston ring and cylinder liner pair cut from their real originals exhibited a stable and low magnitude of 0 005 on the SRV tribotester.
