摘要
通过对不锈钢丝冷挤压模上模块的失效分析 ,并改用7Cr7Mo3V2Si模具钢和深冷处理工艺 ,突出了强韧性和耐磨性的匹配 ,解决了该模具的早期脆断问题 ,大幅度提高了不锈钢丝冷挤压模的寿命。
Through the failure analysis of the top die block of the cold extruding die for stainless steel wires, with 7Cr7Mo3V2Si steel and deep cold treatment to stress the match of hardness-malleability and wearability, the early fracture problem of the die was solved and the service life of the die has greatly prolonged.
