摘要
目的研究草木犀流浸液片剂(消脱止-M)对痔的疗效。方法采用多中心、开放、随机试验,对133例因痔就诊的患者予以服用草木犀流浸液片剂,每次3片,3次/d,连服7d。观察服药前和服药后48h及7d时的临床症状改善情况,并量化评分比较。结果服药后48h较服药前症状显著改善,积分下降率达41.4%(P<0.01),有效率48.8%(65/133),显效率14.2%(19/133)。服药后7d症状进一步改善,积分下降率达83.5%(P<0.01),有效率97.7%(130/133),显效率72.9%(97/133);其中以Ⅰ度痔症状改善最明显。服药期间未发现不良反应。结论草木犀流浸液片剂是治疗痔有效、安全的药物。
Objective To study the efficacy of melilotus extract tablet in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods A multi-center, open and randomized trial including 133 cases was carried out. Every patient was given 3 tablets of melilotus extract once and three times a day. Symptomatic relief efficacy was observed by our scoring system at 48 hours and 7 days after drug-use, and was compared with that of the symptoms before drug-use. Results Symptom was relieved 48 hours after drug-use with 41.4 percent declining of total score (P< 0.01). The effectiveness ratio and apparent ratio were 48.8 percent(65/133) and 14.2 percent(19/133) respectively. After 7 days,symptom was relieved significantly with 83.5 percent declining of total score(P< 0.01). The effectiveness ratio and apparent ratio were 97.7 percent (130/133) and 72.9 percent(97/133) respectively. The symptom of the first degree hemorrhoids was relieved more obviously than those of the other degrees. No side effect was found during the study. Conclusion Melilotus extract tablet is an effective and safe drug to treat hemorrhoids.
