摘要
在大家畜急腹症外科临床研究的预备试验中,对甘肃武威地区健康马、骡、驴的PCV,TP,血糖,血液乳酸,血清钾、钠、氯和皮肤弹力,毛细血管再充盈等18项生理生化指标进行了检测。结果与国内外有关文献报导的数值不尽相同,血液乳酸正常值(马26.25±0.87mg％)大于国外文献报导值(10.0～12.0mg％),而且差异显著。
The packed cell volume (PCV), total plasma protein (TP), blood sugar, blood lactic acid, serum patassium, serum sodium, serum chlorine, skin elasticity, capillary refill time(CRT)and so on were measured in the healthy horses, mules and donkies. The results showed that the value of the blood lactic acid in horse (26.25±0.87mg％) was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of other countries 10.0～12.0 mg％)
