摘要
高速电主轴轴承与转轴配合的过盈量大小对主轴的刚度、旋转精度和使用寿命具有十分重要的影响。目前主轴外径的配合公差设计多根据实际经验和厂家推荐数据进行选用,尚缺乏科学定量的设计依据。文中将高速滚动轴承内圈和与之配合的空心主轴分别简化为薄壁圆环和厚壁圆筒,基于弹性力学和动力学理论建立了内圈和主轴的径向位移与旋转角速度之间的关系;并且考虑温升影响,推导得到了高速电主轴轴承内圈与转轴配合过盈量的计算公式。
For a high speed motorized spindle, the interference fit between the shaft and bearing has a great influence on the stiffness,rotary accuracy and life of the spindle. At present,the tolerances for the outer diameter of shafts are often determined by practical experiences and the data recommended by the manufactories, which lacks scientific and quantitative design references. In this paper,the high speed rotational hollow shaft and the bearing inner ring fitted on it are described as a thick cylinder and a thin ring,respectively,and the relations between their radial displacements and angular speeds are established according to the elastic mechanics and dynamics theory, then the effect of the temperature growth of them is considered,from which a calculation formula of interference fit between the inner ring and the shaft is finally derived.
