摘要
目的 :探讨山东、湖北合欢皮与山合欢皮的内在质量。方法 :用氨基酸自动分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计对山东、湖北合欢皮与山合欢皮的氨基酸及部分微量元素进行分析。结果 :山东、湖北合欢皮与山合欢皮均含大量人体必需氨基酸和微量元素。结论
Objective: To study the quality of Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora in Shandong and Hubei province. Method:The contents of amino acid and trace element in Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora were analyzed by amino acid analyzer and atom absorb spectrophotometer. Result: Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora in Shandong and Hubei province contains a great deal of amino acids and trace elements. Conclusion: This provide a basis for estimating effect of producing area on quality and difference between Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora.
