摘要
本文研究了落叶松、木麻黄、柚柑、杨梅、橡椀、和荆树皮胶液的薄层色谱特征。初步确定了这些鞣液中鞣质和非鞣质成分与薄层色谱上R_f值的关系。这些数据对扩大薄层色谱技术在植鞣剂研究中的应用是非常有益的。
Based on the TLC analysis of the tannig liqors of several domestic tannin extracts,the relation between tannin and nontannin compositions in the liqors and the R_f values on the TLC was determined.From the obtained chromatographic data,it was found that:1.To condensed tannin extracts (Larik bark and Sheoak bark),the compositions with R_f=0 have high molecular weight and can be combined by collage fibers with easy during tanning,while the compositions with the same R_f value of hydrolyzable tannin extracts(for example,valonia)are not easily to combine by collagen fibers.This may be the reason why the condensed tannin extracts have better filling property than hydrolyzable tannin extracts.2.The compositions with higher R_f value,for example,R_f>0.32 to valonia extract,R_f>0.5 to myrica extract,can not be firmly fixed by collagen fibers during tanning.Most probably they are nontannins.3.Some tannin compositions in myrica and wattle tanning liqors appears at the place of higher R_f value,for example, R_f=0.34~0.5 to myrica extract,which are mainly responsible for their better penetrability than other tanning liqors.
