摘要
根据对厚膜湿度传感器寿命试验数据的分析,确认其寿命分布类型为威布尔分布,并借助威布尔概率图得到该传感器的寿命特征值,在此基础上建立起它的寿命分布函数。为人们提供了一种获得厚膜湿度传感器可靠性指标的简便、可靠的方法。
According to the data analysis of life test of thick-film humidity sensor,it is certain to infer that the life distribution is Weibull distrabution.How to get the life characteristic values of thick-film sensor by Weibull probability diagram is introduces and the life distribution function is founded.A convenient and reliable method is presented to know the reliability standard of thick-film humidity sensor.
