摘要
将红叶石楠的茎尖、腋芽及叶片分别栽入各种比例不同的MS和WMP培养基中,实验结果表明MS+6 BA1mg/L+6 KT2mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+Vc5mg/L培养基诱导率最高,可达60%,再将这些诱导出的丛生芽转入MS+6 BA2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的分化及增殖培养基上,可获得大量的丛生芽。
In this paper the induction and propagation results of different parts of Photinia glabra in different mediums were analyzed. The results show that the most suitable inducing medium is MS+6-BA 1mg/L+(6-KT 2mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L)+Vc 5mg/L. The induction rate of rosette buds reaches 60%. Transferring the rosette buds to differentiating and propagating medium of MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L, the larger number rosette buds can be gained.
