摘要
产业集群的形成有其规律性 ,其发展壮大是以现代管理理论为基础的 .在产业集群形成、产业集群运作效率提高及集群内企业发展三个层次上 ,对可利用的方法进行归纳 ,特别将供应链管理定位为钻石模型的操作方法体系 。
The formation of industry cluster has its own formulae, and its development is based on the modern administrative theory. The method of cluster construction, cluster efficient management, and firm development are discussed, especially the supply chain management is defined as the operation method of the industry cluster managemen. And a discussion is made on the applications of the supply chain management to the operation methodology in enterprises.
