摘要
试验在沿海混盐水池塘中施入不同品种和不同比例的肥料 (有机肥和无机肥 ) ,研究施肥对浮游植物种群增长的影响 ,并分析了在混盐水池塘中影响施肥效果的几种可能因素。试验结果表明 :在混盐水中施肥可以达到定向培育浮游植物的目的 ,浮游植物的生物量在施肥后 4 5d进入指数增长期 ,78d达到高峰期。单施氮肥和施氮磷混合肥对生物量并没有太大影响 ,最高生物量可达 2 80mg/L以上1,同时种类趋于单一化 ,完全可以满足河蟹育苗生产中河蟹幼体对开口饵料的需要。
A series of different concentration and ratio nutrients (N、P) enrichment grow-out experiments were conducted at Photosynthesis Fisheries Co. Ltd., Panjin,Liaoning province, from April to July 2002, to assess the effect of different fertilization on phytoplankton species composition, total biomass of phytoplankton in polysaline water ponds. The water type was chloride water type. The concentration of nutrients (nitrate, nitrite, ammonium and phosphate) rebounded periodically along with fertilization. A total of 35 species of phytoplankton and 9 species of zooplankton was identified.The biomass of phytoplankton reached a peak 8~9 days after fertilization, and averaged in 188.76 mg/L with a peak of 282.7 mg/L during this period, in sharp contrast with the control pond, where biomass of phytoplankton was only 31.75 mg/L in average. The accumulation of nutrients boosted the development of dominant species, and choked back other species simultaneously. Chlorella and Isochrysis could be induced with different chemical fertilizer. We could culture useful algae in brackish water ponds with chemical fertilizer in north China.
