胆酸盐、游离脂肪酸、黄体素对β-胡萝卜素-15,15′-加双氧酶活性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of bile salts,free fatty acids and lutein on β-carotene-15,15′-dioxygenase activity

摘要 用体外实验研究了胆酸盐、游离脂肪酸、黄体素对 β 胡萝卜素 15 ,15′ 加双氧酶 ( βCDIOX)活性的影响。结果表明 ,4和 8mmol·L -1的牛磺胆酸钠显著 (P <0 0 5 )或极显著 (P <0 0 1)促进 βCDIOX的活性 ,而且牛磺胆酸钠和胆酸对 βCDIOX活性的促进作用相近 ,脱氧胆酸钠的作用高于前两者 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;5mmol·L-1油酸对βCDIOX活性的促进作用显著高于对照 (P <0 0 5 ) ;软脂酸、硬脂酸对 βCDIOX活性无促进作用 ,亚油酸、亚麻酸能促进 βCDIOX活性 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;随着黄体素浓度的增加 ,βCDIOX活性逐步降低 ,黄体素生成的维生素A很少。 The effect of bile salts,free fatty acid and lutein on β carotene 15,15′ dioxygenase(βCDIOX)activity in vitro was investigated.The results showed:1)When the concentration of cholytaurine sodium(CLS)was 4 or 8 mmol·L -1 ,the βCDIOX activity was significant higher than the control′s.The effect of CLS and cholic acid on βCDIOX activity was similar,and the effect of deoxycholic acid on βCDIOX was not significant higher than the other′s.2)When the concentration of oleic acid was 5 mmol·L -1 ,the βCDIOX activity was significant higher than the control′s.The palmitic acid and stearic acid had no effect on βCDIOX,and inoleic acid and linolenic acid could improve βCDIOX activity,but there was no significant difference.3)With the increase of lutein concentration,the βCDIOX activity gradually decreased and lutein conversion was very low.
