摘要
本文对非极性溶剂中用溶胶-凝胶法制备的二氧化钛凝胶粉末,在氧气氛中于不同升温速率下的热处理过程进行了研究,以热分析、FT-IR光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜分别对不同升温速率下热处理后得到的二氧化钛纳米超微粉的相组成、相结构和形状、大小及分布进行了分析.结合晶粒大小随热处理温度的变化关系,提出了可能的相变机制.
In this paper, we investigated the calcined process of titanium oxide xerogels, which were prepared in the nonpolar solvents (C6H6, CCl4) by sol-gel method at different heat rate in O2 atmosphere. The phase composition and structure, the particle shape, size and distribution of the derived titanium oxide ultrafine powder were analyzed by differential thermal analysis, thermal gravimetry, FT-IR spectra , X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The possible mechanism of phase transition was given in terms of grain size varing with annealed temperature.
