摘要
用50㎎/L吲哚丁酸浸泡木薯种茎,可增加木薯的株高和茎粗,提高叶片的光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,并使叶片可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸的含量升高,而使叶片可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量降低。最终提高木薯根冠比值和经济系数。
The stem segments of cassava were soaked in 50 mg/L IBA,take H2O as CK.The result showed that: IBA could increase the follow indexes:plant height,stem diameter, photosynthetic rate, stomata conductance, transpiration rate, content of soluble protein and proline, but decrease the content of soluble sugar and MDA. At last, the yield, the ratio of root/shoot and economic index of cassava all increased.
